HR Operations Officer
Job Description:
Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support day-to-day HR operations, with a primary focus on employee benefits administration and offboarding processes. This role requires strong coordination skills, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple operational tasks efficiently while ensuring a smooth employee experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage employee benefits administration, including:
- SIM issuance and record maintenance
- Fuel card additions, deletions, and updates on the portal
- Coordination and handling of IPD and OPD insurance processes
- Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely processing of benefits
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity across systems
- Support the employee offboarding process, including documentation, system updates, and clearance coordination
- Respond to employee queries related to benefits and HR operations in a timely and professional manner
- Assist in preparing reports and documentation related to HR operations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all HR operational activities
- Collaborate with the HR team to improve processes and enhance employee experience
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 0–1 year of experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Ability to work collaboratively as a team player
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
