Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support day-to-day HR operations, with a primary focus on employee benefits administration and offboarding processes. This role requires strong coordination skills, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple operational tasks efficiently while ensuring a smooth employee experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee benefits administration, including:
    • SIM issuance and record maintenance
    • Fuel card additions, deletions, and updates on the portal
    • Coordination and handling of IPD and OPD insurance processes
  • Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely processing of benefits
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity across systems
  • Support the employee offboarding process, including documentation, system updates, and clearance coordination
  • Respond to employee queries related to benefits and HR operations in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist in preparing reports and documentation related to HR operations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all HR operational activities
  • Collaborate with the HR team to improve processes and enhance employee experience

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 0–1 year of experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and time management abilities
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Ability to work collaboratively as a team player
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
