Overview:
Abacus Consulting is looking for a HR Associate who will be part of the Talent Analytics Team in Human Capital Solutions (HCS) department of Abacus. You will be given hands-on experience on different Compensation & Benefits projects for a wide range of local and multinational organizations from different sectors.
Responsibilities:
As an HR Consultant you will be responsible for:
- Helping in providing HR Consulting Services related to compensations and benefits to different local and multinational organizations from various sectors
- Collecting compensation and benefits data from clients
- Reviewing & validating the submitted data to make sure the accuracy of data for further analysis
- Coordinating with clients to discuss data & project related queries and to provide most suitable solutions
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to efficiently complete the processes and tasks assigned
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of employee compensation and benefits data & analyzing the aggregate data and develop reports
- Assist in the development of compensation reports, incentive structures, and benefits plans.
- Building long-term relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and complaints
- Assist in developing proposals as per clients’ requirements
- Providing support to senior team members in their respective projects.
- Stay up to date with market trends and best practices in compensation and benefits.
Requirements:
- Bachelors /MBA/ Masters from an HEC recognized university preferably with majors in HR
- Around 2 years of experience in the field of HR / Rewards/ Payroll
- Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel & Power Point. Proficiency in MS Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis tool to interpret and organize large datasets.
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- A detailed oriented person having strong problem solving & analytical thinking skills
