Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Management Trainee Officer (MTO) to join our team in Islamabad. The selected candidate will support in planning, coordinating, monitoring, and reporting various project management activities across enterprise-level engagements. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are interested in building a career in project management within a dynamic consulting environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in project planning and execution activities
  • Tracking project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Preparing project status reports, dashboards, and documentation
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication
  • Following up with stakeholders on pending tasks and updates
  • Supporting risk identification, issue tracking, and escalation processes
  • Maintaining project records and ensuring compliance with PMO standards


Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Basic understanding of project management concepts and lifecycle
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • High attention to detail and structured thinking
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies (a plus)
  • Exposure to tools such as MS Project, Jira, or similar platforms (preferred but not mandatory)
