Talent Analytics - Research Associate
Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Research Associate to join the EES Team within Talent Analytics at our Lahore office. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about HR, research, and people analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct and support employee engagement surveys for local and international clients.
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative survey data using research methodologies and statistical techniques.
- Perform:
- Open-ended response analysis
- Correlation analysis
- Data interpretation and reporting
- Prepare insightful reports, dashboards, and presentations for clients.
- Deliver client orientation sessions related to employee engagement surveys and processes.
- Present survey findings and recommendations to clients in a professional and engaging manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution and quality deliverables.
- Identify trends, insights, and actionable recommendations from research findings.
- Maintain strong communication and coordination with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- BBA/MBA with specialization in Human Resource Management (HRM)
- 0–1 year of relevant experience
- Preference will be given to candidates with exposure to HR Generalist functions or consulting environments
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
